Dear BioPerl developers, I come with a question regarding the get_PrimarySeq_stream! I am using the Bio::DB:Fasta module to access my fasta sequences and i am facing some problem with the get_PrimarySeq_stream(). fa" and the headers are in another file called "headers. scikit-bio's FASTQ implementation follows the format specification described in this excellent publication, including validating the implementation against the FASTQ example files provided in the publication's supplementary data. As long as you follow the baroque NCBI FASTA naming scheme you can do this with local BLAST databases too. I am currently working on a Ruby on Rails lab information management system for JMI labs.
